Our school has recently had its traditional
celebrations in honour of its Patron Saint, San Jose. The purpose of these three
days is to celebrate San Jose, our patron saint, and it is also a chance for
both students and teachers to share, doing things together and have a good time.
There was a very varied range of activities for all
kind of students: male and female sports competitions (football, basketball,
volleyball, badminton…), gymkhana, chess, videogames, virtual reality, cake
competition, theatre, workshops and exhibitions (science, origami, technology…),
paella competition…
The English department has also organized some workshops:
nail polishing, sentences on T-shirts, karaoke, song lyrics contest, Trivial,
etc. And some students’ projects were on display on the walls in room 22.
It
was great fun!

ResponderEliminarPara variar podría haber mayor variedad de videojuegos como son Call of Duty Black Ops 2 en PS3 o Minecraft y LoL (League of Legends) en PC. También pienso que se podría aumentar la duración de las fiestas patronales, for example: empieza un miércoles después del recreo y termina el viernes.

I enjoyed gymkhana a lot because I was with my friends and won the gold medal.I also had a good time because I didn´t have classes and saw the sport competitions where my friends played.
I´d like that the celebrations started on Monday and finished on Friday.

I enjoyed gymkhana because I was with Carmen and my other friends and we won a gold medal and I enjoyed the paella competition because we didn't have classes. On Thursday we saw football competition because our friend participated in it.

Hi, I am Ana Barranco (3A ESO); In this year, I participated in Paella Competition with my class and it was so fun! The problem was that this day was too hot.
ResponderEliminarI also saw some of my classmates doing some activities. I participated at the virtual reality and I had a very good time with it too.
I think, this celebrations might during one week and we might do some activities in the laboratory too.

My favourite moment of the celebrations was when the sprinklers were turne on, because all my friends ran to them to get wet.
In next celebrations I want a "mate" competition.
